Yes, we supply engineers drawings and certification with every building we sell. Our engineer is internationally qualified.

They are very strong and robust making them hard to damage. Structurally they very heavy duty making them capable to withstand high winds and debris that might be flying around. They are easy to secure to the ground in high wind areas. Security is always a consideration especially in remote locations. Even our windows have metal shutters that lock from the inside so they are a very secure unit. Built from special corrosive resistant steel it will last many years into the future. They are very versatile and being used for housing in many creative ways all around the world.
We provide all statutory warrantees required by law and we pass on all manufacturers warrantees ( white goods ). Because the buildings are relocatable normal state building warrantees don't apply, however OD covers the building for transit damage until it arrives at it's destination, either railhead or site.
